bill

- A security certifying the unconditional monetary obligation specified in the bill payer to pay upon the occurrence of a certain period of the amount of money the owner promissory notes (note holder), PV can be issued by order of the drawer.

It can be issued at the very drawer, including the expense of a third party. The subject of the PV can only be money.

Parties in PV stand drawer, the payer and the payee. According to Art. 2 of the Law of the Russian Federation on March 11, 1997 "On Bills and Notes" on PV has the right to incur Russian citizens and legal entities of the Russian Federation, the Russian Federation, Russian Federation subjects and municipalities - only in cases specifically provided by law.

PV is made only on paper (hard copy) and must contain: the name "bill", expressed in the language in which the bill is drawn; nothing

due to the obligation to pay a certain sum of money; an indication of the date of payment; indication of the place of payment; name of the person to whom or to the order whom payment is to be made

(The holder); the date and place of drawing up the bill; signature of the drawer; name of the person who must pay the bill (the payer).

In the absence of necessary details PV have no legal force, except those in which the place of its execution or maturity is not specified.

PV can be issued upon presentation of a term, after a presentation of the time, after a certain time of preparation, a particular day. PV containing, or other assignment term or successive terms of payment,

invalid.

PV can be transferred by means of endorsement.

The endorsement may be made even in favor of the payer, regardless of whether he accepted the bill or not, or in favor of the drawer, or to any other person obligated on the bill. These individuals are in

turn endorse the instrument. An endorsement must be written on the PV or acceding to the sheet (additional page).

The payment of a bill may be provided aval (a bill guarantee). This guarantee may be given by a third person, or even one of the persons who signed the bill. Aval is given on the bill or on additional pages. In Awale should specify for whose account it is given. In the absence of this, it is deemed to be given for the drawer.

PV holder must present the bill for payment on the day when it should be paid, or in one of the following two business days. Presentation of PV in the clearing house is equivalent to presentment for payment.
