reciprocity

- A fundamental principle, which is essential for the cooperation of States.

Expressed in the mutual recognition of a state of the legal system and emerging subjective rights of another State.

Reciprocity in an international treaty - the purpose of the State to ensure to its citizens and organizations abroad use of certain rights.

In the relations of Russia with foreign states mutual provision to citizens and organizations of the same scope of rights is not possible because of the different legal systems. The scope of rights may not be the same.
