REGULATIONS OF THE UNITED NATIONS ECONOMIC COMMISSION FOR EUROPE

-resolution of disputes between the parties under their contracts in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Economic Commission for Europe (the "Rules").

For the application of the Rules, the place of arbitration shall be the chambers of commerce or other authorities of the country in which the plaintiff resides or resides.

The plaintiff notifies the defendant about the subject matter of the dispute by registered mail.

In the notification, the respondent is proposed either to appoint a sole arbitrator, or to appoint 3 arbitrators, or the dispute will be decided by the arbitration institution.

If within 30 days the parties have not chosen an arbitrator, it is appointed by the competent authority. Any party may challenge the arbitrator if there are doubts about his independence and impartiality. Within 30 days from the date of refusal or authorization of the party's challenge

Shall be informed in writing about the appointment of a deputy arbitrator.

If the arbitrator appointed by a party dies or is no longer able to perform his functions, a deputy arbitrator is appointed within 30 days.

The plaintiff must submit to the arbitrators a statement of claim, which contains:

1) names, addresses and occupations of the parties;

2) a brief summary of the circumstances of the case;

3) disputes and the subject matter of the claim;

4) data on witnesses whom the plaintiff wishes to call for testimony.

The statement of claim is accompanied by originals and copies of documents relating to the dispute, and their list. Also, the plaintiff must send a copy of each document, including a statement of claim, to the defendant.

The arbitrators shall fix the period during which the defendant may submit a written objection to the statement of claim and file a counterclaim.

When conducting arbitration proceedings, the arbitrators must give the parties the opportunity to defend their rights and interests.

The case is heard at open doors only at the request of the parties.

If the duly summoned party has not appeared in court without justifiable reasons, the proceeding continues in the absence of the party that failed to appear.

The award is made within 9 months from the date of appointment of the arbitrator. The term for making a decision may be extended by mutual agreement of the parties.

While accepting the Rules, the parties undertake to immediately execute the arbitral award and refuse to appeal to other arbitration and state courts.

In each case, the arbitrators determine the amount of arbitration costs. The costs must be paid by the losing party, but the arbitrators may distribute the costs in a different way.
