RELIGIOUS ASSOCIATION (ORGANIZATION)

- associations of citizens, in accordance with the procedure established by law, united on the basis of the commonality of their interests for the satisfaction of spiritual or other non-material needs.

Public and RO have the right to carry out entrepreneurial activities, but only those that correspond to the purposes of creation.

Participants in public and RO do not retain rights to the property transferred to them by these organizations.

Participants in public and RO do not answer for the obligations of these organizations, and organizations are not responsible for the obligations of their members.

Organizations pursuing religious goals may be established in other forms provided for by law.
