ROBBERY

(In criminal law) - a crime against property; The commission of an attack to steal someone else's property with the use of violence dangerous to life or health, or the threat of such violence.

R. - the most dangerous forcible form of theft. This crime encroaches on two objects: property and human health.

Attacking with R., as a rule, is carried out openly, but can be committed secretly (striking back).

The subjective side of the crime is characterized by guilt in the form of direct intent, i. The guilty person is aware that he is attacking for the purpose of stealing someone else's property, and he wishes to do so.

The subject of the crime is a person who has reached the age of 14 years.

Qualifying signs are robbery, committed: by a group of persons by prior agreement; With the use of weapons or items used as
