COURT

- State body responsible for justice, which in Russia is carried out only by courts established in accordance with the Russian Constitution and Federal Constitutional Law "On the Judicial System". The establishment of emergency courts and the courts, not by law, is not allowed.

In Russia, there are federal courts, constitutional (charter) courts and justices of the RF subjects, constituting the judicial system of the Russian Federation.

Federal SA are:

1) The Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation;

2) The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, supreme courts

republics, territorial and regional courts,

cities of federal significance, the courts

autonomous region, and autonomous regions,

district courts, military and specialized

courts that make up the system of federal courts

general jurisdiction;

3) The Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation,

federal arbitration courts of districts

(Arbitration cassation courts), arbitration appellate courts, arbitration courts of the RF subjects that make up the system of federal arbitration courts.

C. RF subjects are constitutional (charter) courts of the RF subjects, Justices of the Peace are judges of general jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.

S. exercise judicial power independently, regardless of someone else's will, subject only to the Constitution and the law.

SA does not give preference to any bodies, persons participating in the proceedings on the grounds of their state, social, sexual, racial, ethnic, linguistic or political affiliation, or depending on their origin, property and official status, place of residence, place of birth , attitude to religion, convictions, membership of public associations, as well as on any other grounds.

Proceedings in all S. open. Hearings in camera shall be allowed in cases expressly provided by law.
