A FAMILY

- A number of persons who are related and personal non-property rights and obligations arising from marriage.

This small social group, united on the basis of kinship, which is a function of BID within the socio-biological, economic-economic, legal, moral, psychological, and cultural relations and connections.

The functions of the C include:

1) reproduction of the population;

Each stage of historical development is determined by the specific type of C. and marriage. There are forms of marriage, monogamy and polygamy: polyandry, polygyny, group marriage.

SA - a specific form of social activity of people, due to the economic structure of society based on marriage or relationship, including the entire set of relations (between husband and wife, parents and children, between different generations), developing on the basis of the joint activities of its diverse members, which are implemented as the needs of society (in the physical and spiritual reproduction of the human person, to provide normal joint life activity of people in the private sphere) and the needs of the individual (in intimate relationships, family, personal happiness).

It provided a number of specific features that characterize S .:

1) C - is always a group of people;

2) the basis for further education and the mutual existence of such a group is a blood relationship;

3) In addition to the facts of kinship and marriage, C combined and community life, and mutual moral responsibility to other members of society;

4) The role of C in the society due to the needs of the latter in the physical and spiritual reproduction of its members.

VS is one of the most important aspects of human life.

C. By largely satisfied one of the social needs of people - the need to communicate. S. also to some extent contributes to the realization of its potential and material interests. At the same time S. affects the society as playing a crucial role in the continuation of the human race, in educating the younger generation, becoming a full member of our society, and in the formation of a free and self-development of personality.

Given the importance of SA in society relations should be settled in a certain way. Most of them falls on the share of morality, ethics, culture, religion.

Different views on the concept of family as a whole agree to recognize it, on the one hand, a kind of collective, based on marriage, whose members live together and are linked by kinship, mutual rights and obligations, and on the other hand - as a necessary factor in the development of a civilized society.
