Elements of S. P .:

1) legal norm - the primary element of S. P .;

2) Institute of Law - regulates a certain kind of public relations. It occupies an intermediate position between the legal norms and rules of the industry.

the right industry - a major unit SP - a set of legal rules governing the specific scope (area) of homogeneous social relations.

Within the field of law and legal norms are grouped distributed to institutions right - groups of legal rules, which within the industry is governed by a certain type of homogeneous social relations.

SP includes the following main areas of law:

1) constitutional (state) is the collection of the law regulating political relations and securing the foundations of the state and social system, the legal status of the person, the system of public authorities, government;

2) Administrative - branch of law, which are governed by the norms of management relations in the sphere of activity of executive power;

3) Financial - regulates the relations between the collection of taxes, the formation of the state budget, spending and their allocation;

4) land - a set of legal rules governing land relations;

5) Civil - the totality of the law governing property relations and some moral;

6) family - the rule of law, which regulate property and personal non-property relations in marriage and family relations;

7) labor - the rule of law, establishing the order of creation, change and termination of the employment relationship between the employee and the employer, working hours and rest periods;

8) a criminal - a branch of law, consisting of legal rules that define what actions are dangerous for society (crime) and what penalties for their commission sets the state;

9) environmental;

10) civil procedure;

11) Criminal Procedural Law.
