Interpretation of Rules

- The activities of various entities representing the intellectual process, aimed at the knowledge and explanation of the meaning of legal norms.

Interpretation is carried out with respect to the law, regulations and legal acts.

Process T. P .:

1) the subject of interpreting (the interpreter), clarifies the content of the legal standard for yourself, decide its action;

2) explain the meaning and content of the legal provisions to all interested parties.

There are:

1) official TP - given the state bodies, officials and public organizations. It is fixed in a special Act and is required value:

a) regulatory (total) - clarifies the meaning of the existing legal norms. It is general in nature and it shall be obligatory:

- Authentic (author) - clarifies the meaning of the applicable rules on the basis of accepting their authority;

- Legal (allowed) - it is carried out by-law character and actors who are allowed;

b) causal (individual) - is an official but not a compulsory value. It comes down to the interpretation of legal norms with regard to its application to a particular case;

2) informal - given by social organizations, academic institutions, researchers, practitioners. It has no legally binding value and is devoid of the power void:

a) ordinary - expresses the level of legal awareness of various actors in the legal form of feelings, emotions, ideas, experiences in the jurisdictional sphere of society;

b) professional - comes from the entities with expertise in legal matters;

c) doctrinal (scientific) - is given special research institutions, individual scientists in articles, monographs, commentaries, lectures and conferences.
