apprenticeship contract

- A special kind of contract work and training for work.

WD draws labor relations training, retraining and advanced training of employees of the employer.

The Labour Code provides for two kinds of Y. D .:

1) a person seeking work - for vocational training;

2) an employee of the organization - retraining.

Discipleship is in the form of individual, brigade, of course training.

WD shall contain:

1) the names of the parties;

2) a reference to a particular profession, specialty, qualification acquired by a pupil;

3) the employer's obligation to provide education to an employee in accordance with the William D .;

4) the obligation of the employee to be trained in accordance with the obtained profession, specialty, qualification to work under an employment contract with the employer for a period specified in W. D .;

5) the period of apprenticeship;

6) the amount of payment in the period of apprenticeship. Term of the contract is determined by the time,

necessary training of the profession, specialty and qualification.

WD must be in writing in two copies, one of which remains with the employer, the employee is transferred to another. On the basis of the prisoner WD employer shall issue the corresponding order (order).

Commencement of the WD indicated in the contract. If the date is not specified, the action WD begins from the date following the day of its signing. The contract may be extended in the absence of the student for valid reasons.

Contents WD during its period of validity may be modified by agreement of the parties.

Agreement employee and the employer provides the time during which the employee is trained, as well as solve the problem of the relationship between training time and working time.

apprenticeship time in a week shall not exceed the norm of working hours established for employees of the age, profession, specializing in the performance of the relevant work.

Students in apprenticeship stipend, the amount of which is determined by WD and depends on the obtained profession, specialty, qualification, but can not be below the statutory minimum wage.

WD is terminated on the grounds established for the termination of the employment contract.

Persons who have successfully completed their apprenticeships, at the conclusion of the employment contract with the employer, the contract with which they were trained, the probation period is not established.
