FEDERAL STATE NEEDS
- the necessary requirements of the Russian Federation in the products necessary for solving the tasks of life support, defense and security of the country, as well as for the implementation of targeted programs. The supply of products for FGN is carried out at the expense of the federal budget and extra-budgetary sources specially attracted for these purposes.
FGN and the amounts of their funding from the federal budget are provided for in the federal law on the federal budget for the planned period. To provide especially important state tasks, federal target programs can be assigned the status of presidential programs.
Deliveries of products for FGN are carried out for the following purposes:
1) creation and maintenance of state reserves of the Russian Federation;
2) maintaining a high level of defense capability and security of the Russian Federation;
3) to ensure the export of products to meet the obligations of the Russian Federation;
4) the implementation of federal targeted programs.
Deliveries of products for regional needs are carried out at the expense of the budget of the corresponding subject of the Russian Federation and off-budget sources attracted to them for these purposes.
