STEEL ARMS

- Devices designed to defeat the purpose of using the muscular power of man by direct contact with the object of destruction.

Part 4 of Art. 222 of the Criminal Code provides for criminal liability for the illegal acquisition, H. O. sale or carrying, except the areas where it is wearing the national costume or accessory due to hunting.

Signs H. A .:

1) the presence of (parts), specifically designed for the damages (blade, sharp, spike, impact load, etc.)..;

2) the availability of devices for holding the device in your hand and protect the hand from self-harm (knife handle, stop, etc).;

3) sufficient mechanical strength of the structure, which allows to transform muscular effort in damage.

Classification H. O. performed for various reasons. Foremost among these is the method (principle) of action, whereby the cold arms is subdivided into:

1) piercing weapons;

2) piercing-cutting weapon;

3) The cut-and-edged weapons (swords, battle-axes, etc.);

4) piercing and cut-and-cutting weapons (bombs, large knives, etc.).;

5) Weapon shock shatters action (brass knuckles, clubs, handhelds, flails, nunchaku and others.)
