THE PRIVATE COMPLAINTS

- a complaint against the ruling of the court of first instance or the sole decision of the judge.

The complaint is not brought to the decision on the matter of the case, but to judicial actions.

Ch. G. can be brought:

1) on the judge's decision to refuse to initiate criminal proceedings;

2) the judge's decision to refuse to accept the statement of claim;

3) the court's decision to initiate criminal proceedings;

4) on the suspension of proceedings in the case;

5) on imposing a fine.

All participants in the process are entitled to bring a complaint. Complaints are filed in the manner and within the time limits that are provided for appealing against the sentence, and are considered according to the rules

Cassation proceedings.
