The regulatory act

1) DI NA over time. It applied to the relationship after the entry into force and to the loss of power. entry methods:

Acts of the President and the Government shall come into force at the end of 7 days after their official publication. Departmental NA shall enter into force from the date of state registration.

NA temporary actions cease to operate at the expiration date. NA loses

by reason of issuance of the new act, the Constitutional Court deemed unconstitutional. The law is not retroactive;

2) DI NA in the space. The act covers the whole territory, which extends the powers making body;

3) D. NA on individuals. It applies to all legal entities which are on its territory. For the citizens of Russia and its legislation applies when they are abroad.
