Bodies of international organizations

- Authority, which is based on the following principles:

1) an integral part of an international organization, its structural unit;

2) is created on the basis of the constituent act or other acts of an international organization;

3) endowed with certain competence, powers and functions;

4) has an internal structure and has a specific structure;

5) has just works decision-making procedures;

6) its status is fixed in the foundation or other acts.

Classification of M. A .:

1) inter - created from representatives of Member States who hold the appropriate authority and act on behalf of their governments;

2) parliamentary - bodies composed of parliaments of the delegates selected

in proportion to the population;

3) administrative - bodies composed of international officials who are in the service of an international organization and are responsible only in front of her;

4) bodies composed of individuals in their personal capacity (arbitration and judicial bodies, committees of experts);

5) bodies with the participation of representatives of various social groups;

Types M. A .:

1) Plenary authorities that:

a) consist of all Member States that determine the general policy of the organization and its principles;

6) adopt draft conventions and recommendations;

c) decide to budgetary and financial matters;

g) revising the charter and adopt amendments to it;

d) decide questions of membership in the organization (admission, exclusion, suspension of rights and privileges, etc.);

2) The bodies of limited membership with the opportunity to more quickly make decisions;
