RIGHT FOR EXTERNAL RELATIONS
- the branch of international law that regulates official relations and relations between subjects of international law,

PVS includes:
1) the diplomatic right;
2) consular right.
The object of PVS are relations of a political nature between states and other subjects of international law concerning the exercise of diplomatic activity.
Sources PVS - contract and custom. The main sources are:
1) Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations of 1961;
2) Convention on Special Missions of 1969;
3) the European Convention on Consular Functions, 1967;
4) The Vienna Convention on Consular
The relations of 1963;
5) The Havana Convention on Consular Officials of 1928
Organs of VS - state bodies operating in the territory of the country and abroad and representing the state in its official relations with other states and other subjects of international law. The organs of the VS ensure the fulfillment by the state, which it represents, of foreign policy goals by peaceful means provided for by international law, the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of this state, as well as its organizations and citizens who are abroad.
The bodies of V.S. Are:
1) domestic (central) bodies - the head of state, the supreme legislative body (parliament), the government, the head of government, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, other services and agencies whose functions include external relations on specific issues;
2) foreign bodies: a) permanent bodies:
- diplomatic missions
States that are accredited in countries maintaining diplomatic relations (embassies and missions);
- Consular missions;
- trade representations;
- permanent missions of states, with international organizations;
B) temporary bodies:
- special missions that are sent to other states to participate in ceremonial events, negotiation, etc .;
- delegations and groups of observers at international conferences;
