RELATIONSHIPS

- public relations regulated by law.

The law regulates the relations of property, power and management, the socio-economic structure, the rights and duties of citizens, ensuring order, labor, property, family and marriage, etc.

All public relations

Subdivided into:

1) regulated by law and acting as legal (P);

2) not regulated by law and not having a legal form;

3) partially adjustable.

Criteria for this division are: social need, state

Interest and the possibility of external control.

Signs of legal relations:

1) they arise, terminate or change only on the basis of legal norms that directly generate

Legal relations and are realized through them;

2) subjects of legal relations are interrelated among themselves by legal rights and duties;

3) the relationship is strong-willed. P. protected by the state.

P. classified:

1) on the basis of the industry in:

A) state;

B) administrative;

C) financial;

C) civilians;

E) labor;

F) family, etc .;

2) by the degree of concretization and the subjective composition of:

A) absolute - only one side is precisely defined;

B) relative - both sides are strictly defined;

C) general (general) - express higher-level legal relations between the state and citizens;

3) by the nature of the duties for:

A) active - the need to perform certain actions in favor of the empowered;

B) passive - refraining from unwanted behavior for the counterparty. Distinguish:

1) regulatory, arising from lawful actions of subjects;

2) protective subjects arising from unlawful actions of subjects connected with the use of state coercion;

3) simple - between two subjects;

4) complex - between several or even an unlimited number of subjects;

5) short-term;
