SIMPLE COOPERATION

- a partnership in which two or more persons (partners) join their deposits and work together without forming a legal entity to make a profit or achieve a different goal that does not contradict the law.

Partners can be any individuals and legal entities.

The subject of the contract of PT is the joint conduct of activities aimed at achieving a common goal for all participants.

Term PT contract is determined by its purpose, the achievement of which terminates the operation of the contract.

The contribution of the comrade is recognized by all that he brings to the common cause (money, other property, professional and other knowledge, skills and abilities, business reputation and business ties). The property contributed, the products and activities received from such activities, fruits and incomes are recognized as a common share

Property of partners, unless otherwise provided by law or contract.

Common property of partners includes:

1) property belonging to the partners on the right of common shared ownership;

2) property entered into as a contribution that belongs to the right of ownership of one of the comrades and is used in the common interest of all comrades.

The use of common property of friends is carried out by common consent.

The duties of the comrades in the maintenance of common property and the procedure for reimbursing the expenses associated with the performance of these duties are determined by the contract of PT. The main duties of the comrade are to contribute to the common cause and to conduct joint activities with other participants in the activity stipulated in the contract.

Comrade's rights:

1) the right to participate in the management and conduct of general partnership affairs;

2) the right to information;

3) rights arising in respect of common property.

The comrades are jointly and severally liable to third parties under common obligations.

In the conduct of common affairs, a comrade has the right to act on behalf of all comrades, unless the contract establishes that the conduct of cases is carried out by individual participants or jointly by all parties to the treaty. In the joint management of cases for the completion of each transaction, the consent of all comrades is required.

The treaty can cease in the relations between all comrades and in the relations between one comrade and the other comrades.

The procedure for covering expenses and losses related to joint activities of partners is determined by agreement of the parties, and in the absence of an agreement, each comrade bears costs and losses in proportion to the value of his contribution to the common cause.
