There are two systems of workers PZ:

As an additional safeguard serves premium wage system, which is used for the achievement of pre-established indicators. Performance conditions, the size of bonuses, as well as the number of persons subject to awarding, are specified in the regulation on bonuses.

The main form of PZ is the monetary form in Russian rubles, ie, in rubles. The Labour Code stipulates that part of the PZ and may be paid in kind (natural) form. Share PZ, which is paid in kind may not exceed 20% of the total. The provisions of the PZ payment in kind may be established in the collective or employment contract, as well as it can be done at the written request of the employee.

PZ is paid to each employee personally, exceptions are limited able-bodied workers, when the right to receive PZ belong to their caregivers. The trustee is obliged to spend income earned exclusively in the interests of the ward.

The place of payment PZ, as a rule, is a place of work, or it is transferred to the bank account, the employee said.

When paying PZ employer shall notify in writing each employee about the components of PZ, sizes and substantiation of institutions, as well as the total amount that is payable. PZ is issued on the basis of the calculation sheet.

The procedure for calculating PZ determined by the Labour Code. Average PZ is calculated taking into account all the stipulated wage system kinds of payments. The settlement period is 12 months, which preceded the moment of payment.

To calculate the payment holiday is used the average daily wage, paid vacations and compensation for unused leave are calculated for the last three calendar months by dividing the accrued PZ 3 and 29.6, ie, the average monthly number of calendar days.

Employers may be made deductions from PZ employee in the following cases:

1) compensation unfinished advance issued to the employee on account of P. G .;

2) repayment of unspent advance and in due time the outstanding issued in connection with a business trip or a transfer to another job in another locality;

3) return the sums unduly paid to the employee as a result of the computation errors, as well as the sums unduly paid to the employee;

4) dismissal of the employee before the end of the working year, on account of which he has already received the annual paid leave for vacation days not worked;

5) in cases stipulated by federal laws (eg, retention of compulsory insurance contributions to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation).

If a worker is carried alimony for minor children, compensation for damage caused to health or the breadwinner of his death, compensation for damage caused

crime, as well as serving correctional labor, the retention of PZ can not exceed 70%.

It can not make deductions from the funds that are paid:

1) for work in hazardous working conditions;

2) maintenance obligations;

3) to compensation for damage caused to health, as well as compensation for harm to persons who have suffered damage as a result of the death of the breadwinner;

4) dismissal of the employee as severance pay;

5) in connection with the birth of a child; mothers with many children; a single mother or father, to raise a child without a mother; for the maintenance of minor children during the investigation of their parents;

6) an employer in connection with the birth of a child, with the registration of marriage, the death of loved ones.

It may not make deductions from payments which are compensatory in nature.
