It is better to cover it from the side of the base and from the barkhans. The plateau zone is probably the most important point on the "Sandy River". If at least one of the teams does not keep this direction, then we can assume that the battle is lost. Yes, the city and mountain sectors are equally important, but from the plateau to reach the enemy base is easiest (and faster). The card is charming also by the fact that the "fireflies" and maneuvering STs will feel very comfortable on it. Great open spaces open up the possibility for maneuvers. Now, I think, it's worth talking about the directions of the attack from both sources.
Tactics of the game on the Sand River.
It's probably easier to attack from the first respawn than from the second. It is best to go to the square D7 through the square E0. Thus, you will ensure the secrecy of your troops. They will be noticed immediately when they see their trunks. But there is one more important detail. If you slip open the segment C6, then the first team will have an undeniable advantage. They then open the way to the enemy base, and with complete impunity. Cover their rear you can leave 1-2 strands. This is the main direction of the attack. You can, of course try to break through and dune, but it will be difficult. Best of all, if your tanks fall into the square of H1 before the approach of enemy tanks. Then you are closed from the fire of the enemy's art (she simply does not see it), and your opponent is in the palm of your hand. The city is best kept by the combined forces of the defenders of the base and 1-2 strands that will be there directly.
The team from the second respa better choose defensive tactics. Such conditions dictate to them the terrain. Break through in the squares of C6, C7 is better not worth it (contrary to the patterns).
