Children's game "Rezinochka": rules
Rezinochka (Chinese hopper, also French hopper, whale, pinyin, pall .: tiao pizjin) is a children's game consisting of jumping through a narrow double rope or gum (after it was invented) stretched at different heights. In China, where the game takes its origin, and in many other countries, it is accompanied by the singing of special songs that set the rhythm of jumping and the order of their fulfillment.
Rezinochka is one of the most popular games for children aged 5 to 15 years. Therefore it is not surprising that the young generation jumps into rubber bands wherever possible: in school corridors at break, in the street in the yard or even at home, pulling an elastic band between two chairs.
Earlier it was difficult to get rubber bands, therefore, often enough as a game "inventory" was used regular linen gum, besides it could consist of even a few pieces of old gum that were connected with each other. Now in the store you can find an elastic band of any size and color, so the children's game has become even more accessible.
We decided to recall the long-forgotten rules of the beloved "rubber".
How many participants can play rubber?
As a rule, three or four people can jump into rubber bands, while the rubber should not be longer than four meters in length. A rubber band can play even one person or two, but in this case the elastic band clings to a pole or tree.
This game is suitable for a company of four people (for example, a couple for a couple) or even more, but then consider that someone will have to wait until the rubber band is released.
Basic rules of the game
Two players "pull" the rubber band on their feet. The third player jumps (does special exercises on the rubber) in turn at all levels. You can do it in another way: that is, one and the same exercise jump at once on several levels. You need to start from the first level, then go to the second level, then the third, and so on. When the exercise is done at the last level, you need to take the following.
Doing exercises on the rubber, you need to consider that it can not be stepped on, clinging to an elastic band or getting confused in an exercise. If a person makes a mistake, he becomes "in rubber", and the turn to jump passes to the next player. All these rules apply if three people participate in this game. With the participation of four people (that is, it turns out to be a couple game for a couple), if the player makes a mistake, then his partner can "jump" the level for him. But if the partner also makes mistakes, then the pair changes places, and it turns out that the stray pair becomes "in rubber."
Rules in detail
The optimal number of participants is three or four people, the minimum number is two (in that case one of the ends of the rubber band is used for fixing one of the legs - a pole, a bench, etc.). Two players, standing at a distance from each other, stretch the elastic band, fixing it around their feet at the ankle level, and forming a long rectangle - a double jumper. The third player, stepping into the middle of the rectangle, must jump in a certain order, pressing his legs, through one or both lines of the rubber band, performing various figures. In case of an error, if he touches the elastic band or accidentally comes on to it, the move goes to the next player, and the mistaken one takes his place "in the rubber band". When his turn comes, he begins to jump from the place where he lost his way.
After the participant passes all combinations, the elastic band is raised higher - to the level of the knees, then to the middle of the thigh, to the waist, etc. In Southeast Asia, children reach the holding of the eraser at the level of the underarms, neck and ears. There are also top positions when the elastic band is started to be held by fingers raised above the head.
The jumps are performed on two and on one leg, sideways or face to the elastic band, jumping over one or both lines or jumping on them, complicated by turns of 180 °, 360 ° or more, by crossing the legs of the rubber band and then "spreading" it during the jump, performing jumps standing with his back to the rubber band, without visual control. In traditional "rubber" it should be stretched parallel to the ground, however it can be pulled and diagonally, combining different levels of height.
If desired, you can jump in pairs, which requires synchronism and full coordination of movements. In the presence of a large number of participants, two or more pairs of players holding an elastic band can become in a circle, so that the tensioned elastics form a cross, intersecting in the center, or other figures.
The winner in the game is the one who passes all the agreed levels first.
8 levels of the game "Rezinochka"
The first level is the simplest - in this case the elastic band is located at the ankle level of the players.
The second level - the rubber is located at the level of the players' knees.
The third level - the elastic band should be at the level of the hips.
The fourth level - the elastic band is located directly on the belt.
The fifth level - the elastic band is located at the chest level.
The sixth level - the elastic band should be at the level of the underarms.
The seventh level - the elastic band is located at the neck level.
Eighth level is the most difficult, so not everyone is decided to "jump" it, but mention it is worth - in this case, the rubber band must be between the ears of the players.
Basic exercises in the game "Rezinochka"
Basic exercises in this children's game can be quite a lot, because there may be different versions of this game, and the players themselves are constantly adding something new to the "rubber band". We will dwell on several of them.
First, the person should stand standing sideways to the rubber. Then you need to jump first through one half of the rubber, then through the second, while the elastic should be between the legs. The end of the exercise: just jump out of the band.
First you need to face the rubber band. Next, we jump on the rubber band in such a way that each half of the rubber band is pressed with a foot, then we need to change our legs.
As in "pedestrians", we again face the rubber band. We jump on the first half of the rubber band in such a way that one foot presses it to the ground, and the second is under the elastic band. Then, holding the elastic band with your feet, we jump to the second half. At the end of the exercise we jump out of the band.
To do this exercise, first you need to twist the elastic band on the legs of players in such a way that it resembles a candy. The player becomes the center of this "candy". Next you need to jump, the elastic band should spin, and for the correct execution of the exercise the player will have to land with his feet on both halves of the rubber.
The starting position - as in the exercise "Bantik" and "Pedestrians", that is, face to the elastic band. Now jump to the nearest half of the gum in the same way as in the "Bantik" - one of your feet should press the rubber band to the ground, and the other is under it. Next, we jump over to the second half of the rubber band, changing the legs: now the first leg pressing the rubber band should be under it, and the second, on the contrary, on the elastic band. Then jump out of the gum. The whole exercise is repeated in the opposite direction.
To begin the exercise, we face the elastic band. Next, we jump on the second half of the rubber band with two legs (the rubber band must be pressed to the ground with the feet). Check that when jumping the first half of the rubber band was hooked at the feet. The end of the exercise: jump outside the gum.
It is possible that the game in the UK came from Belgium, along with refugees from the First World War.
For the game requires a narrow segment of the so-called. The length of a few meters of lingerie with tied ends. You can also buy a more secure multi-colored rubber band, specially designed for this game.
In China, Japan and other Asian countries, the game is accompanied by singing special songs that set the rhythm of jumping. As they spread, in other countries they also invented their own versions of the songs. For example, in England, children sang phrases "2, 4, 6, 8", "England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales. Inside, outside, turn around tails "and her options," Ice cream, soda, Pa-va-lo-va "and others.
In Vietnam, a similar game is also common, where two bamboo poles are used instead of rubber bands: two participants holding one end of bamboo sticks in each hand synchronously bring them together and bred parallel to the floor, gradually speeding up and complicating the rhythm - while the third must jump one or both sticks in the right order, adhering to a given rhythm.
We told you about the basic exercises that you can perform by jumping on the rubber bands. Of course, these exercises are very many, any child can even come up with some of his own. Playing rubber shoes benefits health - it refers to mobile children's games. If your child has not yet mastered the "wisdom" of this game, then now you have the opportunity to learn the basics together with him, after reading our article.
