Children's game "Rezinochka": rules
Rezinochka (Chinese prygalka, also French prygalka, Chinese. Exercise., Pinyin, pall .: Tiao Pizin) - a child's game of jumping through a narrow double rope or gum (after it was invented), stretched at different heights. In China, from where the game takes its origin, and in many other countries, it is accompanied by the singing of special songs that set the rhythm of the jumps and the order of their execution.
Rezinochka is one of the most popular games for children aged 5 to 15 years. Therefore, it is not surprising that the younger generation jumps into the rubber everywhere, wherever possible: in school corridors during a break, in the street in the yard or even at home, pulling the gum between two chairs.
Previously, it was difficult to get a rezinochka, therefore, quite often the usual underwear gum was used as a game "inventory", moreover, it could even consist of several pieces of old gum that were connected to each other. Now in the store you can find a gum of any size and color, so children's play has become more accessible.
We decided to recall the long-forgotten rules of the beloved by all "rezinochki."
How many participants can play rubber?
As a rule, three or four people can jump into the rubber band, while the rubber band itself should be no more than four meters long. Even one or two people can play rezinochku, but in this case, the gum clings to a pole or a tree.
This game is suitable for a company of four people (for example, a couple for a couple) or even more, but then keep in mind that someone will have to wait until the rezinochka is free.
Basic rules of the game
Two players "pull" on the legs gum. The third player jumps (does special exercises on the rubber) in turn at all levels. You can do it differently: that is, the same exercise to jump at several levels at once. You need to start from the first level, then go to the second level, then the third, etc. When the exercise is done at the last level, you need to start on the next one.
When performing exercises on rubber, you need to take into account that you can not step on it, cling to the gum or get confused in the exercise. If a person makes a mistake, then he becomes a "rezinochku", and the turn turns to the next player. All these rules apply if three people participate in this game. With the participation of four people (that is, it turns out the game is a couple for a couple), if the player makes a mistake, his partner can “jump” the level for him. But if the partner makes a mistake, then the pair changes places, and it turns out that the lost pair becomes “in the rezinochku”.
The optimal number of participants is three or four people, the minimum is two (in this case, for fixing one of the ends of the elastic band, they use some kind of support — a pillar, bench, etc.). Two players, standing at some distance from each other, stretch the gum, fixing it around their legs at the level of the ankles, and forming a long rectangle - a double skipping rope. The third player, stepping into the middle of the rectangle, must in a certain order jump over, pressing his legs through one or both of the lines of the elastic band, performing various shapes. In the event of an error, if he kicks the gum or inadvertently steps on it, the move proceeds to the next player, and the person making the mistake takes his place “in the rezinochka”. When his turn comes, he starts to jump from the place where he lost.
After the participant passes all combinations, the gum is raised higher - to the level of the knees, then to the middle of the thigh, to the waist, etc. In Southeast Asia, children reach to hold the gum at the level of the armpits, neck and ears. There are also top positions when the gum starts to hold with the fingers of the hands raised above the head.
Jumps are performed on two and one legs, sideways or facing the elastic band, jumping over one or both lines or jumping on them, are complicated by turning 180 °, 360 ° or more, crossing the elastic band with the legs and then “unraveling” it during the jump, performing standing with his back to the elastic, without visual control. In the traditional "rubber band" it should be stretched parallel to the ground, but it can be tensioned diagonally, combining different levels of height.
If you wish, you can jump in a pair, which requires synchronism and complete coordination of movements. In the presence of a large number of participants, two or more pairs of players holding a rubber band may become in a circle, so that the stretched elastic bands form a cross, intersecting in the center, or other figures.
The winner in the game is the one who first passes all the agreed levels.
8 levels of the game "Rezinochka"
The first level is the easiest - in this case, the gum is located at the level of the ankles of the players.
The second level - rezinochka located at the knees of the players.
The third level - the gum should be at the level of the hips.
The fourth level - gum is located right on the belt.
The fifth level - the gum is located at chest level.
The sixth level - the gum should be at the level of the armpits.
The seventh level - the gum is located at the neck.
The eighth level is the most difficult, therefore not everyone dares to “jump” him, but it is worth mentioning him - in this case the rubber band should be between the ears of the players.
Basic exercises in the game "Rezinochka"
Basic exercises in this children's game can be quite a lot, because there may be different versions of this game, and the players themselves are constantly adding something new to the "rubber band". We will focus on a few of them.
First, a person needs to stand up standing sideways to the rubber band. Then you need to jump over first through one half of the gum, then through the second, while the gum should be between the legs. The end of the exercise: just jump out of the gum.
First you need to face the gum. Next, jump on the gum so that each half of the gum was pressed by the foot, then you need to change the legs.
As in the "pedestrians", we again face the elastic band. We jump on the first half of the gum in such a way that one foot presses it to the ground, and the second is under the rubber band. Next, hold the gum legs, jump to the second half. At the end of the exercise, jump out of the gum.
To do this exercise, first you need to twist the gum on the legs of players in such a way that it resembled candy. The player becomes the center of this "candy." Next you need to jump, the gum should unwind, and the player for the correct execution of the exercise will need to land feet on both halves of rubber.
Starting position - as in the exercise "Bow" and "Pedestrians", that is, facing the gum. Now we jump to the nearest half of the gum in the same way as in the “Bows” - one of your legs should press the gum to the ground, and the other should be under it. Next, we jump over the second half of the gum, changing the legs: now the first leg, pressing the gum, should be under it, and the second, on the contrary, on the gum. Then jump out of the gum. All exercise is repeated in the opposite direction.
To start the exercise, we become a face to the gum. Next, jump to the second half of the gum with two legs (the rubber band should be pressed against the ground). Check that when jumping the first half of the elastic band is hooked on the legs. End of exercise: jump beyond the gum.
It is possible that the game came to the UK from Belgium, along with refugees from the First World War.
The game requires a segment of narrow so-called. clothesline elastic with a length of several meters with tied ends. You can also buy a safer colored rubber band specifically designed for this game.
In China, Japan and other Asian countries, the game is accompanied by the singing of special songs that set the rhythm of the jumps. As they spread, in other countries they also thought up their own versions of songs. For example, in England, children sang the phrases “2, 4, 6, 8”, “England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales. Inside, outside, turn around tails "and its variants," Ice cream, soda, Pa-va-lo-va "and others.
In Vietnam, a similar game is also common, where two bamboo poles are used instead of rubber: two participants, holding one end of bamboo sticks in each hand, synchronously bring them together and spread them parallel to the floor, gradually speeding up and complicating the rhythm - while the third must have time to jump one or both sticks in the correct order, adhering to a given rhythm.
We told you about the basic exercises that you can perform, jumping on the rubber band. Of course, these exercises are very many, any child can even come up with some of their own. Playing rezinochku benefits health - because it refers to the outdoor children's games. If your child has not yet mastered the "wisdom" of this game, then now you have the opportunity to learn the basics with him by reading our article.
