Description of the medicine: Brotizolam (Brotizolam)
2-Bromo-4- (ortho-chlorophenyl) -9-methyl-6H-thieno (3,2-f) -s-triazolo [4,3-a] [1,4] diazepine.
Synonym: Lendormin, Lendormin.
The chemical structure is complicated - a modified analogue of benzodiazepine tranquilizers. Like estazolum, it contains a triazole ring in the molecule.
According to the main pharmacological properties, it is similar to sleeping pills benzodiazepines.
It improves the structure of sleep, shortens the time to fall asleep and wakefulness inside sleep, and increases sleep time and its effectiveness. Refers to drugs with a short duration of action (T 1/2 about 5 hours).
Assign overnight at a dose of 0,00025 g (0.25 mg).
Good tolerability of the drug is noted. It is recommended, however, like other similar drugs, to prescribe brotizolam for no more than 2 consecutive weeks.
Release form: tablets on 0,00025 g (0.25 mg).
