Medication Description: Pinaveria Bromide (Penaverium bromide)
Pinaverte Bromide (Penaverium bromide).
4 - [(2-Bromo-4,5-dimethoxyphenyl) methyl] -4- [2- [2- (6,6-dimethylbicyclo [3,1,1] gen-2-yl) ethoxy] ethyl] morpholinium bromide .
Synonyms: Ditsetel, Litsetil, Dicetel.
It has myotropic and m-anticholinergic antispasmodic properties.
When ingestion is absorbed poorly (the Quaternary compound), C max is 1 hour; undergoes biotransformation in the liver, excreted mainly with feces and partly with urine.
Applied with dyskinesia of the gallbladder, irritable bowel syndrome, in preparation for X-ray examination of the gastrointestinal tract.
Assign inside, during meals and drinking water (not dissolving and not chewing), to 0.05 g 3-4 times a day.
May cause dyspepsia.
The drug is contraindicated in case of obstruction and intestinal atony, ulcerative colitis, pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Product form: tablets of 0.05 and 0.1 g (50 and 100 mg) (N. 10, 20).
