Description of the medicine: Vamin (Vamin)
A solution of levorotatory isomers of alanine, arginine, aspartic acid, cysteine, glycine, histidine, glutamic acid, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine and valine.
Different types of the drug (vamin 9, vamin 14, vamin14 EF, vamin 18) contain different amounts of amino acids and are used differentially - depending on the body's protein needs. Vamin 9 provides the usual daily requirement (90 g), Vamin 14 and 14 EF - moderately increased (85 g); Vamin 18 - increased (112 g).
Intravenously administered: Vamin 9 - 0.5-2 liters (for adults) for 24 hours (1 liter for 6-12 hours); You have 14, 14 EF and 18 - 1 liter for 24 hours with a maximum speed of 1 liter for 8 hours.
An additional administration of a glucose solution is desirable.
When using the drug in rare cases, vomiting, thrombophlebitis at the injection site are possible; if the recommended rate of administration is exceeded - vomiting, redness of the skin, increased sweating.
Release form: solution for infusions in bottles of 100, 250, 500 and 1000 ml.
