th they joined their brothers, the most honorable of them, and entered into an obligation with an oath and a curse to act according to the law of God, which was given by the hand of Moses, the servant of God, and to observe and fulfill all the commandments of the Lord our God, and his statutes and his ordinances,
thirty and not to give their daughters to foreign nations, and not to take their daughters for their sons;
and when foreign nations will bring goods and everything that is corrupt on Saturday, do not take from them on Saturday and on the holy day, and in the seventh year leave debts of all kinds.

And we set ourselves the law to give from ourselves a third of the shekel per year for the needs of the house of our God:
on bread offerings, on a permanent offering of bread and on a permanent burnt offering, on Saturdays, on New Months, on feasts, on sacred things and on sacrifices for sin for the purification of Israel, and on everything that is done in the house of our God.
And we cast lots for the delivery of firewood, priests, Levites and people, when to our generation, at the appointed times, from year to year, bring [them] to the house of our God, so that they burn on the altar of the Lord our God, according to the law.
[And we pledged] every year to bring to the house of the Lord the firstfruits from our land and the firstfruits of all fruits from every tree;
also bring to the house of our God to the priests serving in the house of our God, the first-born from our sons and from our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstborn from our cattle and herds.
And we will deliver the firstfruits from our ground bread and our offerings, and the fruits from every tree, wine and oil to the priests in the pantries at the house of our God and the tithe from our land to the Levites. They, the Levites, will tithe in all the cities where we have agriculture.
At the Levites, when they will take Levitic tithe, there will be a priest, the son of Aaron, so that the Levites tithe from their tithes will be taken to the house of our God in the rooms [separated] for the pantry,
because in these rooms both the sons of Israel and the Levites must deliver the gift: bread, wine and butter. There are sacred vessels, and serving priests, and gatekeepers, and singers. And we will not leave our God at home.
