Indications: chronic pancreatitis during the recovery period after exacerbation and without exacerbation.
Cooking technology: dishes are prepared mainly in mashed and crushed form, boiled in water and steam, baked. Hot and very cold dishes are excluded.
Bread and flour products: dried wheat or yesterday’s baked bread from flour of the 1st and 2nd grades, in the form of crackers, unsweetened dry cookies.
Soups - vegetarian mashed with potatoes, carrots, zucchini, pumpkin, with semolina, oatmeal, buckwheat, rice, noodles. You can add 5 g of butter or 10 g of sour cream.
