Indications: obesity as the main disease or in the presence of concomitant diseases that do not require special nutrition.
Cooking technology: dishes are cooked, stewed, baked. It is desirable to replace sugar with sugar substitutes (xylitol, sorbitol, sweetener). Food temperature is normal. Eating 5-6 times a day. Limit salt to 5-6 g per day.
Bread and flour products - rye and wheat bread from wholemeal flour, protein-wheat and protein-bran bread 100-150 g per day.
