A type of stomatitis, when the mucous membrane covering the alveolar process of the jaw is affected. In addition to the general causes of the disease of the shell of a different location (see. Stomatitis), the most frequent is the dirty content of the oral cavity, the presence of dental deposits (see Dental Stone).
Symptoms During the inspection noticeable redness, swelling of the gums, while eating and brushing your teeth may be some bleeding. If the oral hygiene is not observed, the gums become covered with bloom, ulcers, tissue necrosis, and halitosis occur. The disease can spread to other parts of the oral mucosa.
Treatment: systematic care of teeth, rinsing, removal of tartar, periodontitis treatment, sparing diet.
