Tips from those who suffered this
Sociology professor Judith Lasker and her colleagues, interviewing hundreds of men and women who lost a child as a result of miscarriage or stillbirth, asked them to give advice to those who have to go through such a test.
Here is what they said:
Do not withdraw into yourself, seek support from relatives and friends.
Do not lose confidence in yourself.
Look to the future.
Keep living full life.
Survive it and you will recover.
Think about what you need.
In time you will feel better.
Everyone grieves in his own way.
You are not alone.
Do not blame yourself.
Make a new try.
Trust in God.
Get good medical care, find a doctor who understands you.
