Advice from those who suffered this
A sociology professor, Judith Lasker, and her colleagues, interviewing hundreds of men and women who have lost a child as a result of a miscarriage or stillbirth, asked them to give advice to those who have to go through such a test.
Here's what they said:
Do not lock yourself in, seek support from family and friends.
Do not lose confidence in yourself.
Look to the future.
Continue to live life to the fullest.
Relive it and you will recover.
Accept the grief.
Think about what you need.
Over time, it will become easier for you.
Everyone grieves in his own way.
You are not alone.
Do not blame yourself.
Trust in God.
Get good medical help, find a doctor who understands you.
