Animals and other heterotrophic organisms must eat to survive; their diet and the process of absorbing nutrients depend on the biological class to which they relate. The normal course of life processes in the body largely depends on how the human nutrition is organized from the first days of life. Food should contain proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, as well as water in the required quantities. At the same time, the need for the total number and balance of individual components of nutrition primarily depends on the age, type of work activity and living conditions. By physiological (rational) nutrition is usually understood as the norms that completely cover all the energy inputs of the body, and for children also provide the processes of growth and development. The amount of energy released when a body absorbs a substance is called the caloric value of this product. Absorption of nutrients is different. From mixed foods, proteins are digested by 92%, fats - 95%, carbohydrates - 98%. As noted by OECD and FAO (2014), cereals are still the main product in the world's diets, but in many regions, as a result of rising population incomes and urbanization rates in the diet, the share of protein foods, fats and sugar is growing.
In the conditions of the modern way of life, under the influence of advertising attacks harmful to the health of "food" to talk about normal nutrition is not necessary. Just as you do not have to talk about the natural state of people's consciousness. Therefore, the rules of nutrition, which restore immunity, are absolutely necessary.
1. Eat to live, not live to eat
Nutrition is not an end in itself, but a means to an end. 2. Hunger is true, and appetite is a lie
Appetite is a desire to eat something tasty. And hunger is, on the one hand, the readiness to eat any food (as, for example, after a long walk in nature or after strenuous physical labor) and, on the other hand, precise knowledge of exactly what food is needed at the moment for the body (calorie or vitamin , sweet or salty, liquid or solid, ordinary or unusual - chalk or salt, for example, etc.).
Appetite is the result of long-lost feelings and the lack of their willful humility. Nutritional concerns or appetite can also be associated with an unconscious desire to "disconnect" from stressful influences, distracted by taste sensations. Similarly, there may be other desires that are not substantiated by the real needs of the organism, for example, the desire for sex, etc. This is usually due to the mental overload of the modern way of life.
Animals eat only when they feel hungry. A man, corrupted by abundance, has long been an exception to this rule of nature.
Endurance and self-control in any life situation free from obsessive predilections and allow you to live with the preservation of natural motivations of the organism, reaching a full hunger.
In a state of hunger, a precise intuitive knowledge of the quality of the product needed by the body is born. It is necessary to stop eating without reaching the feeling of saturation and fullness of the stomach. Filling the stomach to half, you should leave one quarter of its volume for water and one quarter - for the free movement of digested food and expanding gases in it.

In cases of overeating or eating difficult to digest food, the situation often arises when the amount of energy received from a portion of food is comparable with the amount of energy consumed by the body for its digestion. 3. How to drink - and you live
The human body is largely composed of water. And on its quantity and quality depends the metabolism. Managing the drinking regime, you can have a significant impact on the internal rhythms and body condition.
Many people think that they get fat from a lot of water, and try to drink as little as possible. In fact, they do not get fat from water, but because they take too much salt with food, which keeps water in the body.
Water is the juice of life. And without enough water, plants, for example, wither. Or vice versa, they blossom when they have enough water. Man, of course, is not a plant, but his metabolism is just as dependent on the necessary amount of water in the body.
In addition, people become overweight due to a violation of the balance of consumption and energy consumption - the amount of food eaten and consumed by the active physical and mental activity of calories.
In countries with a moderate climate, the daily body requirement for water is 1.5-2 liters in winter and 2-3 liters in summer.
Managing the drinking regime, you can influence the emergence of a feeling of hunger. And depending on the individual way of life and circumstances, it is possible to provoke its early occurrence or, conversely, the later coming. So, if it becomes clear that the opportunity to eat will appear at a strictly defined time and then there will be no such opportunity, and a feeling of hunger by this time is unlikely to come, we can stimulate its appearance by drinking half a glass of water every 15-20 minutes. Then the hunger will appear faster. If, on the contrary, hunger has already appeared, but there is still no chance to eat, then you should not drink water at all. Or you can drink a little brew of herbs. This dulls the feeling of hunger before the opportunity to eat.
In any case, it is better to drink half an hour before eating half a cup of water or a brew of herbs. And after eating, drinking water or brewing herbs and washing the mouth and esophagus, you should limit its amount to avoid dilution of gastric juice and deterioration of digestion.
4. Solid food - drink, and liquid - eat
In the process of digestion, the interaction of food with saliva is important. Saliva is an active biochemical substance, which is absolutely necessary for the complete digestion of food. And in order for it to stand out and participate in the digestive process, solid food must be chewed to the state of a liquid mixture with saliva, without the remaining unheated pieces of food. A liquid food (milk, soups, compotes, juices, herbal decoctions, etc.) do not need to rush to swallow, and first make "tasting" movements with tongue and jaw, mixing food with saliva. Only after this you can swallow it.
Siping food with water does not replace the digestive function of saliva, dilutes the gastric juice and does not contribute to full digestion.
5. Enjoy your empty stomach
You need to live in peace. And when you eat - do not rush or strive to eat more, even if you eat a delicacy. Food should remain in the mouth as long as its taste is felt. This technique allows you to get maximum taste sensations from a minimum of food. Using this technique, it is possible, on the one hand, to enjoy taste sensations for a long time and, on the other hand, to be saturated with a third part of the usual amount of food. Since the saturation of the brain centers depends on the number of signals received from the oral cavity receptors, teeth, etc., and not from a feeling of fullness of the stomach. This technique avoids overeating, slagging and obesity.
6. Do not chase after two hares
What is done without distraction is performed much more qualitatively than what is accompanied by "parallel" activities.
You do not need to combine food with something that distracts attention from it. For example, with reading, talking, watching TV, etc. When distracting attention, the brain centers do not receive enough information signals about the quality and quantity of food consumed. This leads to insatiability, poor chewing, wrong combination of foods and overeating with all the ensuing consequences.
When eating, you need to think about food, about its wonderful qualities, benefits and enjoyment, bestowed by it, receiving joy and a maximum of positive emotions. Eating is an indivisible ritual, a prayer to the Supreme Ideal.
7. The morning begins in the evening
Do not eat less than 4 hours before bedtime. And better - 7 hours before bedtime. This will seem strange to many. But for such a proposal there are a number of good reasons.
First, the food is normally digested and moves in the stomach and intestines, only while the person is awake and moving. And most importantly - while his body is in an upright position, the direction of the gravitational component contributes to the easy movement of food in the intestine. If you eat before going to bed, then during sleep, when all processes of vital activity are inhibited, the gravitational component directed perpendicularly to the body of the lying person does not help the movement of food in the intestines, which leads to its stagnation and fermentation, slagging of the organism, formation on the walls intestine of fecal stones, increased intestinal and abdominal volume, impaired peristalsis of the intestine, development of diseases of the digestive system, poor sleep and insufficient recovery overnight. And in the morning - to a difficult awakening, puffiness, bad breath and other complications.
And secondly, the proposed time of eating before going to bed is associated with the actual speed of digestion of certain foods. Carbohydrate food (vegetables, fruits, cereals, etc.) is completely digested and passes through the intestine in about 4 hours. And protein food (meat, beans, nuts, etc.) - for 7 hours.
In general, to stimulate a powerful metabolism, increase stamina, physical strength, promote health and increase life expectancy, the best food is once a day - in the afternoon.
No person, if he is not sick or "crippled" by civilized habits, will not want to eat in the morning - immediately after sleep. A weak need for food can appear not earlier than an hour after awakening, but it does not closely resemble a hunger that really takes effect not earlier than 4 hours after sleep, and even later. The next feeling of hunger rarely appears before sleep. And what makes people to be constantly "concerned about food" is, as a rule, not a famine, but a reaction to stresses in modern conditions of life.
8. Do not force yourself
Violence towards oneself is as harmful as in relation to others.
One should never make "sudden movements" in life, and it is much more useful to soften contrasts.
If there was a need to change the habitual diet and exclude any products from it, it is better to do it smoothly and gradually, so that the metabolism has time to restructure and the "pressure" of habits has decreased.
Never need to limit your habits at once, through strong wills and suppression (violence). This approach is aimed at combating the investigation, not with the cause.
The willful prohibition does not eliminate the roots of habits (attachments), but on the contrary - it nourishes and strengthens them. When he acts against the habit, then (action is equal to counteraction), the memory blocks that store the "attributes" of the habit are fueled by the energy of attention and are amplified. This leads to an increase in the desire to eat the forbidden product (like the water of the river on which the dam was placed, and its source is not dry). Such an erroneous approach sooner or later will lead to an "explosion" and overeating of the forbidden product in quantities much larger than if the person continued to eat it as usual.
Habits are kept in memory. First of all, you should act on the level of attention management.
If attention is returned to memory blocks that contain sensory information about the taste of foods to which a habit (or addiction) is formed, then it should be quietly, gently and unobtrusively distracted from these blocks and switched to something else, without a trace of memories. Without energizing attention, information in memory is weakened and extinct (the source of the river dries). So you need to gradually replace the old habits in memory with new ones that contain information that this food is not for you and it is not edible at all, like straw or earth. Such changes in consciousness require some time and active self-education, but this is a sure path to success.
9. Purity is a sign of divinity
To maintain health, it is absolutely necessary to maintain not only external but also internal purity, which largely depends on the quality of food and water, as well as on the processes of natural and special cleansing of the body.
Any car owner understands that its work depends on the purity of gasoline, oil and air in the engine. And of course, he knows that the motor resource directly depends on the content of foreign particles in the oil of the crankcase of the engine, and its power is determined by the quality of gasoline. It is foolish to strive to consume as much as possible expensive and scarce, and therefore, "prestigious" products. After all, it is not the body that eats, but the self-asserting sense of one's own exclusiveness. Benefits for the body from such products, as a rule, no, more often - one harm.
